Coronavirus Famine “300,000 deaths per day”

World Food Programme (WFP) Executive Director David Beasley has warned that in addition to the threat posed by COVID-19, the world faces “multiple famines of biblical proportions” that could result in 300,000 deaths per day — a “hunger pandemic”.

So now that everyone has been locked down in their home waiting for the coronavirus to end, we are going to face something even worse. How is any of this even believable at this point? Plus, we now know the real impacts of lockdowns.

The World Health Organization Is Worthless

Let me explain. The WHO has a massive annual budget. This is taken from the World Economic Forum since navigating the WHO’s website is a nightmare:
The WHO’s total budget for 2018–2019 was approved at $4.4 billion. There was no approved budget for humanitarian response plans and other appeals, as they are driven by events.

Here are the top contributors for 2018:

Note that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which provides 9.8% of the WHO’s funds, is the second-largest funder.

The WHO was not able to keep us safe from COVID19, and in March they asked for an additional $675 million to help deal with the continued spread. The one that they were not able to contain. You can donate to them here.

World Food Programme Is Overfunded And Worthless

As of 26 January 2020 the total contributions to the WFP for 2019 alone are US$ 8,073,779,375. With all that money, year after year, we still cannot feed the world?

Please do not explain how the issue has to do with the distribution of food, that we actually throw out a lot of foods, etc. Just think in simple terms and let that sink in.

After contemplating that, now focus on their estimates that “If we can’t reach these people with the life-saving assistance they need, our analysis shows that 300,000 people could starve to death every single day over a three-month period.” This is a direct quote taken from their latest findings.

What Is The Point?

Why are we funding these organizations? Where is the evidence that they are helping to end malaria and other diseases along with hunger?

There is none. Also, when we really needed both organizations they proved to be worthless. In turn, you have the WHO asking for more money.

Facebook Sponsored Ads

After writing this post I saw this sponsored ad on Facebook from the World Food Programme:

Teach people around you how to garden. Grow seedlings to start them out. Become one with your local community. These global organizations are not going to help you. They have already proven this to us through this crisis.

It is all about your neighbors now. Your brothers and sisters through this. Not some faceless incompetent organization with layers of bureaucracy.

Spend money on buying goods locally and feed those in your surrounding communities. Organizations like this are an extra layer that is not needed. Here is an example and you can do the same.

And no, I am not trying to be self-righteous. If the people around me starve everything will collapse. We are all going to come out of this stronger.
